Your agreement with DeviG
These terms apply when you create an account or use DeviG AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Do not create an account for someone else or misrepresent your age or identity. Adult-oriented features, if offered, require separate age and entitlement checks.
AI companion limitations
DeviG produces responses using artificial intelligence. Responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Check important information and use your own judgment.
DeviG is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or substitute for qualified human support. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, emergency decisions, or professional advice.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate registration information, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, or expose another person.
- Do not facilitate abuse, trafficking, non-consensual content, or sexual content involving minors.
- Do not use DeviG to commit fraud, evade safeguards, spread malware, or break the law.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload content you lack the right or permission to use.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give DeviG the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, moderate, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose. You can delete supported content and export account data from Settings.
Community and safety
Community participation must remain respectful and lawful. We may remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service. Reporting and blocking tools do not replace emergency services.
Changes and availability
DeviG is an evolving service. Features, models, limits, and availability may change. We will present separate pricing and purchase terms before charging for any paid feature. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.
